Privacy/Confidentiality Policy

From time to time, clients may supply their company data files to MYOX Services for analysis, repair, conversion, etc. Any company files (or other information) provided to MYOX Services will be subject to the highest standards of confidentiality. Data or information in the company file will be accessed only by owners and long term employees of MYOX Services and only for the purposes of completing the work requested. Data or information provided to MYOX Services will not be provided to or divulged to any party outside MYOX Services without the client's written consent, unless we are required to so do by law. Company files are on secure internet accessible servers only for the purpose of uploading or downloading and are removed once complete. All work is done on offline computers and files are deleted once work is complete and files have been returned to client. Some clients with sensitive or highly confidential data send through a Non-Disclosure-Agreement which we are happy to sign and return before the file is uploaded.
